Welcome to Intea in Halmstad. We have been active here since 2016. The portfolio consists of a total of 18 housing units distributed over 9 properties. Our lettable area amounts to approx. 78,000 sq m and we have approx. 30,000 sq m of building rights in our portfolio. Intea is the owner and manager of the majority of the properties in the university area in Halmstad, with Halmstad University as the largest tenant. Other tenants in the stock include Halmstad municipality, the Swedish Transport Administration, the American high school, LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet and others.
