Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) has issued bonds of SEK 250 million under its existing MTN programme.

Bonds of SEK 250 million maturing in 2023 have been issued and form part of the bond loan 2020/23 (ISIN SE0013359809), which thus amounts to a total of SEK 1.35 billion. The bonds were issued at a price of SEK 100.94, equivalent to 0.67% plus 3-month STIBOR.

The proceeds of the issue will be used to finance the company’s operating activities.
