By social infrastructure, Intea means premises for essential services that are specially adapted to the needs of public-sector tenants. The current property holdings portfolio consists mainly of buildings in the categories of law enforcement & legal, higher education, health care and other public-sector activities. Tenants comprise government departments and agencies, regions and other public institutions.
