She will also be responsible for coordinating Intea’s architecture and work on creating sustainable urban spaces, and will be a member of the company’s management team.

“We have high ambitions, and Intea is already environmentally certifying all new buildings. We intend to up the pace of these efforts by factoring in environmental concerns in our processes, and maintaining focus in our innovations,” commented Henrik Lindekrantz, CEO and Intea’s founder.

Linda has wide-ranging experience from the property sector and construction industry, both in Sweden and internationally, in roles such as architect, business developer and sustainability manager. Prior to that, she held the position of Sustainability Business Developer at Serneke.

“I want to reinforce Intea’s positive drive to help improve society. I find Intea’s desire to contribute to culture, art and architecture while focussing on environmental issues incredibly inspiring,” said Linda Schuur.
