The garrison in Linköping is a district built around the two regiments that were in the area for a hundred years. The area consists of approximately 121,400 sqm of rentable area and approximately 56,000 sqm of unused development rights. Intea has been active in Linköping since 2016.
Linköping’s management also includes a property in Örebro, Seglet 1, with a rentable area of approximately 12,300 sqm.

There is parking space at the Garrison which is for both the area’s visitors and employees. All vehicles must be parked in marked places. Bicycles must be parked in the bicycle racks located in the area and motorcycles and cars must be parked in marked parking spaces.
All registered vehicles must pay for their parking, and this can be done in Dukaten’s LinPark app or in the parking machines in the area.
Dukaten subscribes the parking space in the area and manages the operation of the parking.
