Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) has three different classes of shares in the form of class A, B, and D shares. The difference between the share classes is the voting rights and the right to dividends and future profits.
Class A shares entitle the holder to 1 vote, while class B and D shares entitle the holder to 1/10 vote. Only class B and D shares are publicly traded. According to the company’s articles of association, the dividend can amount to a maximum of SEK 2.00 per year for the company’s class D shares. At the latest Annual General Meeting in 2025, the dividend for class A and B shares is SEK 0.50 for the full year with the record date on May 7, 2025, and for class D shares, it is SEK 0.50 per quarter, corresponding to SEK 2.00 per year, with record dates on June 30, 2025, September 30, 2025, December 30, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
