Governance at Intea is primarily based on the Swedish Companies Act, Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, Nasdaq Stockholm’s regulatory framework for issuers and other relevant Swedish and foreign laws, rules and guidelines, such as IFRS standards and the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The Company’s governance is also based on Intea’s Articles of Association and internal policies and guidelines.
