Intea has been the owner of Vänerparken since 2017. Vänerparken is a district with generous green areas in central Vänersborg. It is right next to Lake Vänern and Vänersborg’s old harbor entrance with a travel center for connections to bus, train and plane as the nearest neighbour. Intea also owns three properties in Skövde, within the sectors of the judiciary, higher education, and other public services. The portfolio amounts to 21 objects, with a rentable area of ​​100,800 sqm and approximately 5,000 sqm of unused development rights.

Find your way around the area

At Vänerparken there is a parking space for both the area’s visitors and employees. All vehicles must be parked in marked places. Bicycles must be parked in the bicycle racks located in the area and motorcycles and cars must be parked in marked parking spaces. All vehicles must pay for their parking, and this can be done in the EasyPark app or in the parking machines in the area. Fee Monday-Friday at 07:00-17:00. Maximum time 6 hours.
