Within Intea’s property Fanborgen 3 in Halmstad, surveillance takes place in the building’s entrance, outside the elevator hall in Trade Center, and in parts of the glass corridor. Clear information about the surveillance is provided in these areas. Intea applies current legislation in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing personal data is a balance of interests, where the interest in surveillance is deemed to outweigh that of the data subject.
When an incident involving theft, destruction, vandalism, threats, or violence occurs, the subsidiary CEO or operations manager decides whether the recording should be manually reviewed and for what time period the review should take place. In other cases, recordings are not reviewed. The recorded footage is automatically deleted after three days, or in cases requiring investigation, after a report has been filed and any relevant footage has been reviewed by the police or prosecutor.
The data controller is Intea Fanborgen AB. Individuals have the right to obtain copies of the information held about them. They also have the right to request the correction of inaccurate information, request that Intea restrict processing, object to the processing, or request the deletion of data. This can be done by contacting Intea’s subsidiary CEO at johanna.tideman@intea.se. More information about how Intea handles personal data can be found at Policy for Personal Data Management for Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) and its SubsidiariesThe Swedish Data Protection Authority is the supervisory authority[1].
