Intea has been active in Östersund since 2018 and is the property owner of Campus Östersund as well as properties in central Östersund, including the District Court. On January 1, 2024, we will implement some changes to our visitor parking. We are introducing a parking fee at all hours of the day to facilitate snow removal. The hourly rate remains the same as before (6 SEK/hour), but the maximum fee will be removed. Since it is difficult to find parking when visiting the Public Dental Service, Specialist Care, and others in building Y at Akademigatan 4, we are introducing a 3-hour time limit directly in front of building Y.

Urgent issues should be reported by calling 063-12 70 11. Other issues should be submitted as a fault report via the link that the tenant’s contact persons have received from Intea Campus.
