Property portfolio
Intea manages and develops properties within social infrastructure with a long-term perspective. The existing property portfolio mainly consists of properties in the categories of the judicial system, higher education, healthcare, and other public services.
Projects portfolio
Intea strives to continuously develop and improve our property portfolio through close collaboration with the company’s tenants, and we actively work to identify new project opportunities throughout Sweden.
Property management
To be a proactive, responsive, and present landlord, Intea has local management organizations that, through continuous dialogue with tenants, can capture and support the varying needs of the tenants.
