Garnisonen i Linköping är en stadsdel som byggts upp runt de två regementen som fanns på området under hundra år. Området består av cirka 87 700 kvm uthyrningsbar area och cirka 12 500 kvm byggrätter. Intea har varit verksamma i Linköping sedan 2016.

To report an error that is not urgent, we ask that you use the form below. Non-urgent issues can be, for example, a broken lock on an interior door, lighting that doesn't work, or a door handle that is loose. Our goal is to respond to these matters within 24 hours.

In the form, if you have ordering rights for your business, you can place orders for work you want us to carry out for you. Such as setting up shelves, changing light bulbs or helping to move furniture.

Examples of urgent matters are water leaks, power outages or defects that can lead to personal injury.

Find your way around the area

There is parking space at the Garrison which is for both the area's visitors and employees. All vehicles must be parked in marked places. Bicycles must be parked in the bicycle racks located in the area and motorcycles and cars must be parked in marked parking spaces.

All registered vehicles must pay for their parking, and this can be done in Dukaten's LinPark app or in the parking machines in the area.

Dukaten subscribes the parking space in the area and manages the operation of the parking.
