Vänersborg - Intea Fastigheter

Intea has been the owner of Vänerparken since 2017. Vänerparken is a district with generous green areas in central Vänersborg. It is right next to Lake Vänern and Vänersborg's old harbor entrance with a travel center for connections to bus, train and plane as the nearest neighbour. The portfolio amounts to 18 objects, with a rentable area of 44,000 square meters and approximately 5,000 building rights.

To report an error that is not urgent, please fill in the form below. The more information we receive, the faster we can help. Non-urgent issues can be, for example, a broken lock on an interior door, lighting that doesn't work, or a door handle that is loose.

To report something that is urgent, we ask that you call Securitas' emergency number on 010-470 51 05. State your name, your workplace, where the error occurred and what the error is. The more information we receive, the faster we can help.
Examples of urgent matters are water leaks, power outages or defects that can lead to personal injury.

Find your way around the area

At Vänerparken there is a parking space for both the area's visitors and employees. All vehicles must be parked in marked places. Bicycles must be parked in the bicycle racks located in the area and motorcycles and cars must be parked in marked parking spaces. All vehicles must pay for their parking, and this can be done in the EasyPark app or in the parking machines in the area. Fee Monday-Friday at 07:00-17:00. Maximum time 6 hours.
