Intea has been active in Östersund since 2018 and is the property owner of Campus Östersund as well as properties in central Östersund, including the District Court. The lettable area for the stock amounts to nearly 70,400 square meters, with approximately 24,000 square meters of building rights.

Parking spaces
The map on the left provides an overview of our area in Östersund. You can see, among other things, where leased parking spaces and paid parking spots are located. On January 1, 2024, we will implement some changes to our visitor parking. We will introduce parking fees at all hours of the day to facilitate snow removal. The hourly rate remains the same as before (6 SEK/hour), but the maximum daily rate will be removed. Since it is difficult to find parking when visiting Folktandvården, Specialistvården, and others in building Y on Akademigatan 4, we will introduce a 3-hour time limit directly in front of building Y.
